Case 1:
3 Year Old Thoroughbred Colt
3 year old colt with acute anxiety. Clinical signs exhibited were “stall weaving” and subdued appetite. No clinical condition was diagnosed, except for acute anxiety. After the 4th day of treatment with Vet's Finest CBD, the colt stopped weaving and had already been observed appearing calmer in the stall with frequent “napping”. The colt continued to increase his appetite (putting on weight) and was noted by the trainer to enjoy his work.
He has subsequently successfully raced. He has not been seen to be weaving ever since the 4th day of treatment with vets Finest CBD
Case 2:
Two Year Old Thoroughbred Filly
2 year old filly who had severely “bucked shins” of both left and right canon bones. Not only was the filly extremely sensitive over both Canon bones, but she could only hobble out of her stable. After 2 days of treatment with Vet's Finest CBD she was able to walk freely. For diagnostic completeness, both cannon bones were xrayed. Xrays revealed a severe spiral fracture of the left fore Cannon bone.
She stayed sound for hand walking and after 8 months with treatment of Vet's Finest CBD she was declared totally healed and returned to full training, remaining sound."
Case 3:
4 yr old Thoroughbred Filly
4 year old filly with severe musculoskeletal issues. First issue presented as if both suspensories were bowed. Further diagnostic ultrasound revealed a rare case of bilateral hematomas appearing in the peritendinous sheath of both left and right suspensories in 2a section. This was couples with severe “tying up” (Rhabdomyolysis). Muscle enzyme levels are severely elevated (CPK 60,000!)
Treatment with Vet's Finest CBD resolved both issues, allowing this top filly back into full work and racing.
Case 4:
5 Year Thoroughbred Gelding
5 Year gelding who presented with no obvious behavioral issues, but in spite of a normal appetite had a problem keeping on weight. The only gastro-intestinal sign was a slightly loose stool. The horse was tested negative for worms and was on a routine deworming program. He also had an underdeveloped hind end, which the trainer felt was linked to the poor condition. Nothing obvious could be found diagnostically on physical exam or blood work.
After the gelding was out on Vet's Finest CBD, he gained 50 lbs In the first month and digestive issues resolved. He has continued to hold good condition, with his rear end growing noticeably. He has since raced successfully.
Case 5:
3 Year Thoroughbred Filly
3 year old Filly presented with chronic back pain and a history of bouts of colic, with intermittent episodes of lying down for long periods. Further investigation revealed she had low grade laminitis in both front feet (slightly worse on the right hand foot), which was partly linked to the lying down.
Diagnostic endoscopic investigation revealed acute ulceration in the stomach (she was already on Ulcergaurd without effect). Radiology revealed “kissing spines” in 4 lumbar vertebrae. No rotation P3 in either front foot was noted.
After being treated with Vet's Finest CBD, she started eating better, and times of lying down decreased to a point where she was able to put on weight and re enter training. The spine issue clinically resolved as did the laminitis. She has subsequently raced successfully.
Case 6:
3 Year Thoroughbred Gelding
3 Year old Gelding with chronic bilateral front foot lameness. Swelling, heat and pain in both front Coffin joints. He presented so Lame that he had to be pulled out of training. Was unresponsive to systemic anti-inflammatories or direct joint infusion.
After 5 days on Vet's Finest CBD there was a visible decrease in joint swelling with absence of pain and zero heat. The Gelding was able to re enter normal training and has carried on to perform well at the races.
Case 7:
5 Year Thoroughbred Colt
5 year old Colt who had chronic Equine Protozoal Myelitis (EPM). As well as ataxia, there had been substantial muscle loss over the previous 2 years affected, with significant “withering away”.
After treatment with Vet's Finest CBD the colt bounced back very quickly. Regained taxia and started putting on muscle mass as well as weight.
He has now been able to compete at the races.
