  • Shipping
    Free shipping on orders $75 or more. All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order using USPS or UPS. The typical delivery time frame is between 2 and 7 business days. However, you may receive your items sooner. All orders are shipped with the tracking number. Vet's Finest CBD is not responsible for delays due to shipping providers. Please note: USPS First-Class and Priority Mail are not guaranteed delivery services and do not have guaranteed delivery dates—only an expected delivery date.
  • What is your processing time for my order?
    Please allow all orders 1 to 2 business days to process before being shipped out. Orders received on Friday after 1 pm EST will not ship until the following Monday. After the order is processed, the timeline for the transit of your shipment begins. For clarity, the estimated transit time for the shipment is in addition to the allotted processing time.
  • Can you ship it to my state or country?
    Currently, we only ship domestically to U.S. residents.

    Monthly subscriptions receive a 15% discount and free shipping. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from our website, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase date. The product must have 50% or more CBD oil remaining in the bottle (because if you truly didn't like the product, you wouldn't have used more than 50%). All requests for refunds and returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will NOT refund any items that are more than 50% used. Customers are responsible for shipping any returned product back to us unless you received the wrong item. To start a return, fill out the return form, or contact us at hello.vetsfinestcbd@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without authorization will not be accepted.

    We issue all refunds via the original payment method. After receiving your return and verifying the contents, we will process your refund and credit the original payment method used to make your purchase. Please allow up to 4 business days to see the refund reflected on your statement.

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.   • How much CBD should I give?
    CBD intake varies between different species and weights. Therefore, we advise starting with the suggested daily dose provided on the label and closely monitoring its progress. Both studies and anecdotal evidence have shown that you should maintain a steady routine for at least 30 days to obtain optimal benefits.
  • Is CBD Safe for myself and my pets?
    Yes! However, we recommend using only premium, hemp-derived CBD that is properly sourced, manufactured, and lab-tested to be THC-free and free from contaminates. CBD containing NO THC has been studied [link to studies] and has shown no signs of adverse side effects when used as directed.
  • How to Administer CBD?
    The product should be administered as directed orally/sublingually. Place the syringe under the tongue or inside the bottom lip (not in the back of the mouth where it would be swallowed). If you have difficulty administering the buccal/sublingual method for dogs and cats, the oil can be placed on a clean plate or saucer for them to lick. Licking the dose off a plate will approximate buccal/sublingual absorption. Putting on a cat's paw for them to lick off is another option for cats.
  • Why don't you recommend putting the oil on food or using treats?
    Our research has found that when the oil is placed directly in the mouth, it allows immediate absorption into the systematic circulation. On the other hand, if the oil is placed on a treat and eaten, its absorption level is dramatically decreased. Therefore, the product does not reach therapeutic levels.
  • Will my pet get "HIGH" from CBD?
    No, Vet's Finest CBD oil contains NO THC, the primary psychoactive compound in marijuana.
  • Will CBD products conflict with any other pet medications?
    No. Vet's Finest CBD products are made from organic and all-natural ingredients. Although research has shown it is safe to administer CBD alongside your pet's medications, please consult your veterinarian before beginning a CBD regime.
  • Do Veterinarians recommend CBD products
    Yes. Our CBD oil has been developed and studied by two of the top veterinarians in the U.S. and abroad. They recommend our products to their clients and use the oil for themselves and their pets. Your veterinarian will recommend CBD for your pets based on their discretion and personal understanding of the products.   • Do you test your products?
    Yes, we work with independent labs to test our products from start to finish to ensure that the proper dosage of cannabinoids is present and free from harmful contaminants. For more information, please view our Certifcate of Analysis (CofA) below.
  • Are all your ingredients organic, non-GMO, non-dairy, and gluten-free?
    Yes. All the ingredients in our products are organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, and non-dairy.
  • Where does Vet's Finest CBD come from?
    We start with hemp grown on farms in Colorado. Hemp grown in the USA follows a much higher growing standard than internationally sourced hemp. Then our CBD oil is processed and packaged in Kentucky.
  • What is the Shelf Life of CBD Isolate Oil?
    Our CBD Isolate Oil stored in a cool and dark area can be fresh for up to 1 year, and up to 2 years refrigerated.
  • Is CBD Oil Legal?
    The 2018 Farm Bill, otherwise known as the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, changed the definition of marijuana to exclude hemp, which declassified CBD products as controlled substances. As a result, it is now legal to sell CBD products online and ship within the U.S.
