SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping on orders $75 or more.

 

Please allow all orders 1 to 2 business days to process before being shipped out. Orders received on Friday after 1 pm EST will not ship until the following Monday.

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order using USPS or UPS. The typical delivery time frame is between 2 and 7 business days. However, you may receive your items sooner. All orders are shipped with the tracking number.

 

Vet's Finest CBD is not responsible for delays due to shipping providers. Please note: USPS First-Class and Priority Mail are not guaranteed delivery services and do not have guaranteed delivery dates—only an expected delivery date.

 

After the order is processed, the timeline for the transit of your shipment begins. For clarity, the estimated transit time for the shipment is in addition to the allotted processing time.

Currently, we only ship domestically to U.S. residents.

We believe in our products and are committed to your happiness. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from our website, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase date. The product must have 50% or more CBD oil remaining in the bottle (because if you truly didn't like the product, you wouldn't have used more than 50%). All requests for refunds and returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will NOT refund any items that are more than 50% used. Customers are responsible for shipping any returned product back to us unless you received the wrong item.

 

To start a return, contact us at hello.vetsfinestcbd@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

We issue all refunds via the original payment method. After receiving your return and verifying the contents, we will process your refund and credit the original payment method used to make your purchase. Please allow up to 4 business days to see the refund reflected on your statement.
